Let’s apply to our unique event, during which you can get an insight into the digital plant of the future, one of the production center of the Bosch group's in Mobility Electronics division!

The Hatvan site briefly

Our goal is to manufacture environmentally conscious new products that promote the development of electric cars and the protection of our environment.

The plant, founded in 1998, is one of the production center of the mobility electronics division of the Bosch group. The main profile of Robert Bosch Elektronika Kft. in Hatvan is the serial production of control electronics, sensors, radars and camera systems. Hundreds of millions of vehicles worldwide have been equipped with various electronics made at Bosch's plant in Hatvan.

Participation in the program is free, but registration is required. Due to the type of the program, the number of places is limited, so we will send a confirmation email of successful registration no later than April 24, 2024.

If you apply for the last appointment, you have the option of using a direct bus service from Budapest.

Collection, management and processing of personal data

Categories of processed data
The following categories of data are processed:

– Identification data (e.g. name, e-mail address, SAP number, phone number).
– Names of the employee's guests
– Special dietary requirements
– Image and sound recording

Personal data includes all information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, including e.g. names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, contractual master data, contract-related settlement and payment data that express the identity of a person.
We only collect, manage and use personal data when there is a legal basis for that or you have given your consent to the management or use of your personal data for this purpose, e.g. by registering for an event.

Data management purposes and their legal bases
We and our entrusted service providers (data processors) process your personal data for the following data management purposes:

– Bosch Factory Visit and KarrierEST – Facilitating and recording registration for an event (hereinafter: Event) organized for university students, recent graduates, senior engineers, software developers, IT specialists and logistics specialists, as well as maintaining contact with participants before and after the Event.
(Legal basis: Legitimate interest related to the efficient organization and management of the Event)

– Documenting the event, such as making recordings, and using the recordings for internal communication within the Bosch group, as well as for external communication to third parties, in order to present and promote the company, to record the atmosphere and general image of the Event, and to determine the number of participants.

– Protecting and asserting our rights

Data transfer

Data transfer to other data managers

Your personal data and that of the persons you specify (children) are primarily transferred to other data managers when it is necessary for the performance of a contract, in the event that we or a third party have a legitimate interest in the transfer, or if you have given your consent to it.
Additional third parties may also be other companies belonging to the Bosch group of companies. It may also happen that we transfer data to other data managers in cases where we are required to do so by regulations prescribed by law or by an enforceable administrative or judicial order.

Service Providers
We have entrusted external service providers with tasks such as sales and marketing services, contract management, payment management, programming, data hosting and hotline services. We have carefully selected these service providers and regularly review them, especially to ensure that they carefully manage and protect the data they store. All service providers are obliged to maintain the confidential nature of the data and to comply with the legal provisions. Additional third parties may also be other companies belonging to the Bosch group of companies.

Transfer of data to recipients outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
We may also transfer personal data to recipients located in so-called third countries outside the EEA. In such cases, prior to data transfer, we make sure that the recipient party provides an adequate level of data protection (e.g. based on the European Commission's compliance decision for the given country or an agreement concluded with the recipient on the basis of the so-called EU model clauses), and that you have given your consent to the handover.

You are entitled to receive an overview of recipients in third countries, as well as to receive a copy of expressly agreed provisions ensuring an appropriate level of data protection. For this purpose, please use the declarations made in the Contact section.

Duration of storage; retention periods
In general, we store your data as long as it is necessary for the purpose of data management, or as long as we have a legitimate interest in storing the data (e.g. even after the contract, we may have a legitimate interest in pursuing marketing activities by postal mail).

– data provided during registration will be stored until 31.12.2023
– recordings made during the event will be stored for 5 years after the event

In all other cases, we will delete your personal data with the exception of the data that we must store to fulfil our legal obligations (e.g. we are under such an obligation, with regard to retention periods specified by the tax and commercial law, to keep certain documents, such as contracts and invoices, available for a certain period of time).

If you participate in one of the sweepstakes organized by our Company, we will use your data to inform you of your prize or to advertise our products to the extent permitted by law, or if you have given your consent. Information about each prize game can be found in the conditions of participation.

Our employees and the companies providing services on our behalf are bound by the obligation of confidentiality and the obligation to comply with the relevant data protection laws.
We take all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security and to protect your data managed by us, in particular against the following risks: unintentional or unlawful destruction, manipulation, loss, alteration and unauthorized disclosure and unauthorized access. We continuously improve our security measures in accordance with the technological developments.

Your rights related to data management

Right to information and access
You have the right to ask us for confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data, and in this case you have the right to access your personal data.

Right to data correction and deletion
You have the right to request the correction of any inaccurate personal data that is related to you, without undue delay on our part. With regard to the purpose of data management, you are entitled to supplement your incomplete personal data, among others by providing an additional statement.

This does not apply to data required for invoicing or settlement purposes, or to data subject to a statutory retention period. However, if access to such data is not required, its processing is limited (see below).

Restriction of data processing
You are entitled to request the restriction of data processing if the requirements prescribed by law are met.

Objection to data processing
You have the right to object to our processing of data at any time. After that, we will not process personal data unless we prove that we meet the legal requirements which stipulate the provision of demonstrable reasons for further data processing, and such further data processing goes beyond your interests, rights and freedoms, as well as your rights to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Objection against data processing based on the legal basis of "legitimate interest"
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time, if that legitimate interest is based on a legal basis. In this case, we will stop processing your data, unless we can prove that there is a legitimate reason for data processing that is binding on us according to law and this overrides your rights.

Withdrawal of consent
If you have consented to the processing of your data, you are entitled to object to this consent with immediate effect. The lawfulness of data processing prior to the withdrawal of your consent remains unchanged.

Data portability
If data management is based on consent or a contract, you are entitled to receive the data you provide to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or – if it is feasible from a technical point of view – to request that this data be transferred to a third party.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. You can submit your appeal to the competent supervisory authority based on your place of residence or state, or to the competent authority in our case. This authority for us is the following:
